On September 11 at 6:00 PM, we warmly welcome everyone to Auróra Community House (Budapest, Auróra Street 11) for a screening of the documentary Will and Harper (2024, dir.: Josh Greenbaum), followed by a discussion.
The film is a deeply personal journey told through the story of two friends—Will, a cisgender man, and Harper, a trans woman—as they travel across the United States, exploring questions of identity, acceptance, and change, both with each other and with the world around them. Intimate, sensitive, often surprisingly funny, and profoundly human.
After the screening, a discussion moderated by Milanovich Domi will feature Zsirka Hella, Fatér Samu, and Nádori Pippin, exploring the film’s themes: gender identity, societal expectations, inclusion, and the personal and public dilemmas affecting the trans community.
We warmly invite everyone interested in sensitive, courageous stories, who want to better understand the lives of trans people, and who are open to conversation.
Admission is free, and the space is accessible.
