Let's create inclusive spaces! Forum for youth professionals
February 24, 2024, 11:00-15:00
If you think it's important for young people's communities to be non-judgemental, inclusive and where everyone feels equally valued, come to the Youth Professionals Forum!
If you don't think it's okay for people to be stigmatised because of their gender identity, sexual orientation or other characteristics that make them different from the majority, then let's meet on Saturday 24 February!
What can you expect during these 4 hours?
We will show you the latest data on the situation of LGBTQI youth.
We will present our educational programs and tools created as part of our Inclusive Spaces project for the acceptance of LGBTQI youth.
Find out how professionals who have participated in our trainings have implemented bias-reduction programmes in their communities.
You will have access to educational materials and practical methods that you can use in your work.
You will have the opportunity to network and exchange experiences with open-minded and curious professionals like you.
Participants will be informed about the location by e-mail. Refreshments and sandwiches will be provided during the programme.
Participation is free but registration is required. Please confirm your interest by filling in the form below by 12.00 noon on 22 February.
The forum is the closing event of the European Union co-funded project 101049735 - Inclusive Spaces - CERV-2021-EQUAL, a joint project of Amnesty International Hungary, Labrisz Lesbian Association, Háttér Society and the Rainbow Mission Foundation, which organise Budapest Pride.
