Önkéntesek toborzása a Budapest Pride-ra / Call for volunteers

A 16. Budapest Pride (2011.06.11–06.19.) idén is számít Rátok!
Nélkületek, önkéntesek és látogatók nélkül nincs Fesztivál!

Június 11-én, szombaton lesz a nyitóparti a HUNGARIKUM, a Capellában. Június 12-én lesz az ünnepélyes megnyitó és két film vetítése. Június 12-től 17-ig és 19-én a Művész moziban lesz a filmfesztivál, illetve beszélgetéseket hallgathattok meg a Bálint Házban június 13. és 17. között. Lesz társastánc est, szabad színpad (Open Mic), Rapid randi, kiállítás és természetesen bulik is.

Többfajta munkában is várjuk a segítségeteket:

  • felvonulásra menetkísérőket:
    Június 18.-án szombaton 14 órától 19.30-ig az önkéntesek feladata Irányítani, segíteni a vonulókat, nem a menet védelme. Ellenőriznek a beengedésnél és ügyelnek a belső biztonságra.
  • teherautó díszítőket június 18.-án szombaton 12-14 óráig.

Ezen kívül keresünk még:

  • a Művész moziban recepciósokat 17:30-22:00-ig, június 12-től 17-ig és 19-én;
  • a Bálint Házban ügyelőket és technikai felelőst 16:00-20:00-ig, június 13-tól 17-ig;
  • a bulikra ügyelőket, akik a jegykezelést intézik és a biztonsági erők munkáját segítik;
  • autós segítőket, akik a helyszínek között esetenként személyszállításban tudnak segíteni;
  • biciklis futárokat, akik kisebb csomagszállításban közreműködnek;
  • külföldi VIP-kísérőket és tolmácsokat néhány workshopon.

Az önkéntes munkátokat már 4-5 óra segítség után is ingyen mozijeggyel jutalmazzuk, vagy ingyen Rainbow Party-belépőt adunk a szombati bulira! Ha több munkát vállaltok, több jegyet is kaphattok!

Ha mozijegyet szeretnél kapni, kérlek, válassz filmet (www.budapestpride.hu), és írd meg június 1-ig, mert előre le kell foglalnunk! Ha Rainbow Party-jegyet kérsz, azt is írd meg június 14-ig!

The 16th Budapest Pride (11-19th June 2011) is expecting you this year too!

Without you, volunteers, there is no festival at all!

On 12th June, the opening ceremony is going to be held and 2 movies are going to be screened. The film festival takes place from 12-17th and 19th June at the Művész Mozi, besides this you can also attend workshops at the Bálint Ház (13-17th June). Moreover, there will be dance night, free stage (Open Mic), rapid date, exhibition and of course parties far into the night.

We expect you helping us in several tasks.

  • We are looking for insurers to the Pride March, whose meeting will be at the Heroes’ Square on 18th June. The work starts at 2 PM, and their task will be to ensure the security and quietude of the procession. We are going to need at least 50 to 100 volunteers!
  • We are looking for people who would help us decorate the trucks on 18th from noon to 2 PM.

Furthermore we are looking for…

  • Receptionists at the Művész Mozi, from 5:30 PM to 10 PM, on 12-17th and 19th June
  • Supervisors at the Bálint Ház, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on 13-17th June
  • Supervisors at the parties, who are controlling at the night the ticket desk and helping the work of the security guards (on 11th and 18th June)
  • Transporters with cars who would transport people
  • Transporters with bicycles who would transport little packages
  • Escorts of foreign VIPs and translators for a few workshops

After having worked 4-5 hours voluntarily, you get a free ticket for a movie of the film festival or you get free entrance to the dance night (16th June) or the Rainbow Party (18th June). The more you work, the more tickets you get!
